CTETcircle sells digital learning products and may also provide free public resources. Because digital content can be accessed immediately, refunds are handled under clear eligibility rules. This policy applies to paid CTETcircle course purchases made through our website or authorised payment flow.
Free resources, public pages, and free PYQ downloads do not require refund handling because no payment is collected for those resources.
Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is raised within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The paid course has not been substantially used, downloaded, consumed, or attempted.
- The request is sent from or clearly identifies the registered account used for purchase.
- The payment can be verified through order ID, payment reference, UPI reference, bank reference, or gateway confirmation.
For this policy, substantial use may include extensive viewing of paid content, repeated test attempts, bulk downloads, account sharing, or other usage showing that the digital service has already been meaningfully consumed.
Duplicate, Failed, or Erroneous Payments
Duplicate payments and failed payments where money is debited but course access is not granted are handled separately from discretionary refund requests. After verification, CTETcircle will either activate the purchased access or initiate a refund/correction through the payment route available.
If the amount is only blocked by your bank and not captured by the payment gateway, the reversal timeline may depend on the bank or payment provider.
Cases Where Refunds May Be Declined
- Refund request is made after 7 calendar days from purchase.
- Paid course content has been substantially used or downloaded.
- Account sharing, misuse, scraping, or violation of the Terms is detected.
- The user expected a guaranteed CTET result, rank, job, certificate, or official exam benefit. CTETcircle does not guarantee exam outcomes.
- The request is based only on change of mind after meaningful access to paid digital content.
How To Request A Refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request". Include:
- Full name and registered email/phone.
- Course purchased.
- Payment amount and date.
- Order ID, payment reference, UPI reference, or bank/gateway transaction ID.
- Reason for refund request.
- Screenshot of payment success/failure if available.
Refund Processing Timeline
We aim to review refund requests within 3-5 business days after receiving all required details. If approved, refunds are normally initiated to the original payment method. Bank, UPI, card, wallet, or payment gateway settlement may take an additional 5-10 business days after initiation.
Actual credit time is controlled by the payment provider, bank, or card network and may vary.
Changes To This Policy
CTETcircle may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated date on this page will show the latest version. Refund eligibility is normally assessed according to the policy visible at the time of purchase unless a legal requirement says otherwise.
