One-Time Course Purchases
Most CTETcircle paid courses are expected to be one-time digital access purchases. Once access is activated, there is no recurring billing to cancel unless the checkout page clearly says the plan is recurring.
If you no longer want to use a one-time course after purchase, you may stop using the service. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the Refund Policy.
Recurring Plans If Offered
If CTETcircle introduces any monthly, annual, or recurring subscription plan, the renewal terms will be shown before payment. Users will be able to request cancellation of future renewals by contacting support before the next billing date.
- Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund past billing.
- Access may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds for recurring plans, if applicable, will follow the Refund Policy and plan-specific terms shown at checkout.
Accidental Purchase or Wrong Course Selection
If you purchased the wrong course or made a purchase by mistake, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. We may help switch access to the intended course or evaluate refund eligibility if the request is within the refund window and the paid content has not been substantially used.
Account Closure
You may request account closure by emailing support from your registered email address. Account closure may remove access to course history, test attempts, analytics, and paid content. Some records may be retained where required for payment, tax, fraud prevention, legal, or dispute resolution purposes.
How To Request Cancellation
Email [email protected] with the subject "Cancellation Request". Include your registered email/phone, course name, payment reference if applicable, and the action you want: stop renewal, close account, switch course, or review accidental purchase.
