These Terms explain your responsibilities, our service terms, payment rules, acceptable use, intellectual property limits, and important disclaimers.

1. Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using CTETcircle, including the website, PYQ Bank, notes, tests, paid courses, downloads, or support services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Services Provided

CTETcircle provides digital preparation resources for CTET aspirants, including study notes, previous year paper access, mock tests, chapter tests, analytics, revision material, and related learning support. Services may be free, paid, public, limited, or account-based depending on the feature.

We may add, update, remove, reorganise, or improve content and features to maintain quality, security, performance, and exam relevance.

3. Independent Platform

CTETcircle is independent. It is not affiliated with CBSE, CTET, or any government examination authority. Use official CTET/CBSE sources for exam notifications, eligibility, application forms, admit cards, official answer keys, results, and official decisions.

4. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • You must provide accurate account and payment information.
  • You must not share paid course access with others, resell access, or use automated tools to scrape content.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

5. Pricing, Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation

Paid services are charged as displayed on the Pricing or checkout page. Final price, plan details, and applicable terms should be reviewed before payment. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

6. Permitted Use Of Content

CTETcircle content is for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You may not copy, republish, sell, upload, mirror, scrape, distribute, modify, or create competing material from CTETcircle content without written permission, except where content is clearly public-domain or used under legally permitted exceptions.

Previous year papers may include official exam content provided for educational reference. CTETcircle's formatting, organisation, watermarks, cataloguing, platform design, explanations, notes, and test experience remain protected as applicable.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to hack, overload, bypass, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
  • Do not upload malicious content or use the service for unlawful activity.
  • Do not impersonate another user or submit false payment/support information.
  • Do not use downloads in a way that infringes another person's rights or violates law.

8. No Result Guarantee

CTETcircle provides preparation support only. We do not guarantee selection, qualification, marks, ranking, employment, certificate issue, or any official exam outcome. Results depend on many factors including a candidate's preparation, eligibility, exam performance, and official evaluation.

9. Availability and Limitation of Liability

We try to keep the platform available and accurate, but digital services can face downtime, network issues, browser problems, payment gateway delays, data errors, or maintenance periods. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTETcircle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exam-result-related losses arising from use of the platform.
