Account Access and Login
If you are unable to access your account, first confirm that you are using the same email address or phone number used during purchase or registration. If access still fails, contact support.
- Do not share OTPs, passwords, or UPI PINs with anyone claiming to be support.
- Support may ask for transaction reference, registered email/phone, and screenshot of error.
- Account access may be restricted if there is suspected abuse, sharing, automated scraping, or violation of terms.
Payments and Course Activation
Paid course access is normally activated after successful payment confirmation. Sometimes banks or payment gateways show a debit before final confirmation. If your money is debited and access is missing, we will verify the transaction and either activate access or guide you on refund/correction.
For payment issues, include: transaction ID, payment method, amount, date/time, registered email/phone, and screenshot of the payment success or failure message.
Mock Tests, Chapter Tests, and Analytics
Tests are designed for self-assessment and revision. If a test does not submit, timer behaves unexpectedly, or score is not visible, take a screenshot immediately and contact support with the test name and approximate time of attempt.
- Use a stable internet connection during timed tests.
- Avoid using private/incognito windows if they block storage or cookies.
- Do not refresh the browser during a live test unless the platform specifically instructs you to do so.
Notes, Revision Capsules, and PYQ Bank
Study materials may include chapter notes, revision content, previous year papers, explanations, and downloadable files. Some PYQs are available as PDFs, while some bundled source files are provided as ZIP packs because the original source contained multiple internal PDFs.
If a file is missing, corrupted, or not readable, send the exact page URL and file name to support. We will check the source file and update it if needed.
Hindi and Bilingual Support
CTETcircle is designed for aspirants who may learn better in Hindi, English, or a mix of both. Where bilingual content is available, we try to keep explanations simple and exam-focused. Some technical terms may remain in English where they are commonly used in CTET preparation.

Refund and Cancellation Help
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. In general, requests should be raised within 7 calendar days of purchase and before substantial use of paid content. Duplicate charges and failed payments are handled after payment verification.
